MomAngeles has teamed up with our friends at Stiletto Gal and CardioBarre Santa Monica to bring you a #HealthyLiving event not to be missed! On Sunday September 7 we will be discussing ways to keep ourselves healthier so we can live better and set a better example for our kids. The event begins and ends with a workout. You can sign up for a Cardio Barre class or stay after to experience Angie Stewart Goka’s own RY9 yoga (we can’t wait!). Tickets are available NOW and space is limited! YOU MUST RSVP (click here) as we max out at 60 people and we will turn people away at the door once we hit capacity.

Suze Yalof Schwartz is the founder and Chief Meditation Officer of unplug meditation. Before becoming a spiritual entrepreneur, Suze enjoyed decades as a fashion editor, director and stylist. Suze had an aha moment in late 2012 when she wanted to learn how to meditate and couldn’t find a place that fit her schedule, budget or aesthetic. So she decided to build it herself. After taking dozens of meditation classes, devouring lots of podcasts, books and Web sites and collaborating with Maha Yoga’s Steve Ross and MBSR teachers Stefanie Goldstein Ph.D. and Nicholas Bruss she came up with a program that works for the hurried, modern American.
Suze will be leading us in a guided meditation at the end of our speaker sessions. You do not want to miss this!
