Cancer Affects All of Us: Stand Up to Cancer on September 5

standuptocancer logoCancer affects all of us. Its has touched every one of us – if not directly we all know someone who has been through a personal ordeal with cancer. The numbers are staggering. At MomAngeles we are constantly working to spread the word and support organizations who are working to eradicate this horrible disease. Early education and prevention are the first steps. Which is why we support Healthy Child Healthy World in all that they do to create a safer world for future generations. What you eat and how you live play a major role in your ongoing health. Which is why we asked Chef Kelly Boyer, Angie Stewart Goka, Alycia Darby, Suze Yalof Schwartz and Jean Drummond of the CA Wellness Institute to join us for an educational afternoon this Sunday at CardioBarre to talk with us about #HealthyLiving.

We are also very involved with PHASE ONE, an organization which is near and dear to our hearts. PHASE ONE funds phase one clinical trials and research. If it weren’t for the work of PHASE ONE many lives would have been lost. These clinical trials save lives! (To see more about the organizations we support visit our Causes We Love page).

This Friday night 8PM PST another amazing organization is taking the stage, with the support of countless celebrities including  who share in the desire the end cancer for good.
