Join us for a full body workout with your little ones. Class includes strength training while helping regain core stamina. Workouts are modified for your personal fitness level, keeping you confident and comfortable while connecting with other moms. Yoga mat required and stroller if you bring your little one. Different price packages and class times available at both the Westside Pavilion Mall and Roxbury Park. Must be 6 weeks post partum and 8 weeks post c-section.
