Tips on Trips and Camps is a FREE Advisory Service providing information on over 600 overnight summer camps, trips and programs for students ages 8 to 18+. In addition to traditional and specialty camps, we represent programs offering student travel, language immersion, cultural exploration, outdoor adventure, community service, internships and academic study on college campus in the US and abroad. Through interviews with directors, personal visits to camps and programs in session and feedback from families of recent participants, we gather information to share with the families we advise – offering parents a thorough selection process and saving them valuable time.
Jill Levin has been part of the Tips Team for the past 15 years, evaluating and recommending overnight summer programs. She offers suggestions, provides websites and brochures, and then assists parents in distinguishing among programs to select the one that is right for their child. She is able to provide a wealth of information to Los Angeles families!

At Tutored Talent, we help students perform at their best level — our goal is to build life-long learners and engage students’ intellectual curiosity. Each student has talent. We help tap that talent to benefit the student’s learning.
Our aim is to increase a student’s self-confidence so that they can meet their academic demands — and enjoy the challenge! We want students to perform well, develop their skills, and strengthen their belief in themselves. With this solid foundation, we help students use their own unique talents to support their learning, so that they can excel academically. Tutored Talent takes into account the personal needs, interests, and personality of each of our students, and develops highly individualized programs to meet each student’s academic requirements.
