Angie Stewart Goka is a personal trainer, runner, yoga teacher and nutritional health enthusiast. Angie holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree, is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer. Through NASM she also holds the Optimum Performance Training Certification for the Prenatal Client. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and has subsequently earned yoga specialty teacher training certifications in Yoga for Kids and in Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
