The Best Wines in Town, Fleming’s Pasadena is Now Open!

Fleming’s Pasadena

Fleming’s PasadenaMomAngeles was invited to attend the grand opening of the newest Fleming’s located in Pasadena. It was the most fabulous celebration as to be expected when the invitation came from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Before I get to tell you about the 100 different wines that were available for tasting, I must share about how they kicked off the event.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the most professional and friendly staff and handed a glass of the most delicious champagne. They were passing around the most tasty hors d’oeuvres I have ever had, I may have had a couple of the filet mignon flat bread, and they were tender to perfection and amazing. There was also an ice sculpture with the freshest seafood; I was starting to feel a bit full before dinner event started.

I have always been a big fan of Fleming’s, whether it is a special occasion, date night, or even happy hour with friends, it is a restaurant I love to go to. The steaks are always perfect and the chocolate flourless cake… a must have. But, back to the grand opening, as much as I love and frequented Fleming’s, I didn’t pay attention to what they had going on with wine.   Fleming’s has an award winning wine program known as the “Fleming’s 100.” This is a specially curated list 100 wines they have available by the bottle AND GLASS.   It’s incredible. Everything we tasted, well, was delicious. The reds were smooth and the whites were sweet, just like I like them. The dining room was gorgeous, lit just perfectly.

Fleming’s PasadenaSo now that we’ve been fed tons of hors d’oeuvres and had lots of yummy tastes of wine, we had dinner! The steaks were perfect, the side dishes delicious, the dessert… heavenly! And not to mention the top notch service we received from every single person that worked there. If you are looking for a great high –end restaurant, Fleming’s should definitely be on your list.
